We invite you to unwind at Paradise Cove, an oceanfront property located in Napili on the stunningly beautiful West shore of Maui. You, your family, and friends are sure to be pleased with this 3 bedroom plus office, 4.5 bathroom home, complete with a resistance pool, hot tub, and a sandy cove out front that's known for sea turtles. Watch them frolic in the ocean and bask in the sunshine, but please keep your distance. *They're on the Endangered Species list so approaching and/or touching them is strictly prohibited in Hawai'i.
Take in the spectacular views of Lana'i and Moloka'i while relaxing on the comfy outdoor lounge chairs. On the covered lanai you'll find a great propane grill to prepare your Island meals, and a large table to dine alfresco with the fruits of your labor. Indoors there's a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with another dining table, all with ocean views.
Each bedroom is well appointed with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, plush King beds, televisions, and luxurious linens. The spacious Master suite encompasses the entire upstairs area, with a sunken soaking tub, separate shower, and large ocean view lanai.
Conveniently located just a couple of minutes by car to the Napili Plaza with a handful of dining options, a few gift shops, and the Napili Market for fresh produce, sushi, baked goods, prepared foods, meat, seafood, wine, beer, and spirits. Travel a few more minutes to glorious white sand beaches, and the Kapalua Resort with two of the most majestic golf courses in the world, the Bay and Plantation Courses. There's also tennis and pickleball courts, with some excellent dining options. Head 9 miles in the other direction to Lahaina, a Whaling village of long ago and on the National Register of Historic Places. Take a stroll on Front Street, ranked one of the "Top Ten Greatest Streets" by the American Planning Association, with a wonderful selection of shops and dining perched beside the turquoise ocean.
And when you're tired from a full day of activity you can return to Paradise Cove for tranquility, comfort, and relaxation. Spend some time in the outdoor hot tub, have a dip in the resistance pool, or then again you could just stretch out and listen to the ocean as it gently laps onto the shoreline.
*As of Jan. 2021 Bill SB 2571 went into effect, and Hawai'i is now the first State to ban non 'reef safe' sunscreen in an effort to protect our reefs and marine life. Please help us with this important legislation and purchase either 'reef safe' sunscreen before you travel, or wait until you're on Maui where you'll find a great selection readily available.
*It's also illegal to approach, touch, or harass sea turtles and monk seals in Hawai'i, both in and out of the ocean. They are protected by the 'Endangered Species Act.' Non-compliance may result in a steep fine and/or imprisonment.

NO-CANCELLATION AND NO-REFUND POLICY
Any Customer who refuses to use services contracted for forfeits any and all collected money, except the Customer’s security deposit and cleaning fee (if applicable). The security deposit and pre-paid cleaning fee (if applicable) are included in the balance payment; therefore, the initial deposit will be forfeited if you refuse to fulfill your scheduled stay after confirmation of booking.
Collected money is non-refundable. Under no circumstances shall Customer be able to determine if a rental unit is unfit for habitation. If you as Customer forfeit your right to services contracted for, and property Manager is able to re-book the property at the same rate, you will be issued a pro-rata refund for those dates re-booked.
Please be further advised that Property Manager is not responsible for construction or neighbor noise, as these are risks that are inherent when renting a vacation rental. We are unable to control these factors, and this agreement shall remain in full force and effect regardless of these issues. There shall be no cancellation for construction noise or for neighbor issues of any kind. To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, we recommend that customers purchase travel insurance to assure refund of deposits paid. https://www.csatravelprotection.com/
Any changes made after booking shall be wholly at Property Manager’s discretion.
If Customer complains about the condition of the rental, the amount of Security Deposit being withheld and or service they received from the Property Manager and or Property Manager’s employees or contractors, the Property Manager and Customer will work to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
Acceptance of any change to a booking after a confirmation has been issued is subject to approval and acceptance by the Property Manager of the rental.
CURRENT COVID-19 POLICIES FOR HAWAI'I:
Travelers entering the State from the U.S. and its Territories who have been fully vaccinated in the United States (including its Territories) may bypass quarantine without a pre-travel test. The vaccination record document must be uploaded to 'Safe Travels' and printed out prior to departure and the traveler must have a hard copy in hand when arriving in Hawaii. The State of Hawai‘i will also accept vaccine records that are digitally validated by Digital Health Pass Partners (AZOVA, CLEAR and CommonPass). Travelers who use one of the States partners to link their digitally validated vaccine records with Safe Travels may enjoy expedited processing at the airport (no secondary visual inspection of paper vaccine records.) *PLEASE NOTE: IT IS THE TRAVELERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK FOR ANY CHANGES THAT MAY OCCUR IN HAWAI'I DURING THESE UNCERTAIN TIMES. For International travelers arriving in the State of Hawai‘i from Japan, Canada, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines and Tahiti, only tests from Trusted Testing Partners will be accepted for purposes of bypassing the State’s 10-day traveler quarantine including any tests verified through the State’s Digital Health Pass Partners – AZOVA, CLEAR, and CommonPass. Travelers originating from any other international destination and coming directly to Hawai‘i do not have the ability to test for purposes of bypassing the State’s 10-day traveler quarantine.
For ALL 'unvaccinated' travelers wishing to use the pre-travel test to bypass quarantine must have a negative result with a test taken from a 'Trusted Testing and Travel Partner' no more than 72 hours BEFORE beginning the final leg of their trip. The negative test result must be uploaded into 'Safe Travels' or printed out prior to departure and a hard copy in hand when arriving in Hawai‘i. Anyone without a negative test result or U.S. vaccination PRIOR to departure must quarantine for 10 days upon the arrival.
Here you'll find the list of 'Trusted Testing and Partners.' If you secure a COVID-19 test that's NOT on the 'Trusted Testing Partners' list you will NOT be allowed entry to Hawai'i without first completing a 10 day quarantine period.

In the unlikely event that Maui mandates any revised terms prior to your arrival ie: shutdown or quarantine required for all travelers, you are eligible for a one-time cancelation, or a 100% credit towards a future stay, minus a 10% processing fee, providing new travel dates are within one year of your contracted dates within this Rental Agreement.

Masks are required in all 'indoor' public areas within the State of Hawai’i and recommended outdoors if you're near others that aren't members of your household. Our Medical resources are limited; therefore your compliance is appreciated!
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS REQUIRED TO ENTER THE STATE OF HAWAI'I WILL NOT WARRANT A REFUND FOR CLIENTS CONTRACTED RENTAL DATES FROM THE PROPERTY MANAGER.
A 50% deposit is due at time of booking. 50% is based on Rent, Taxes & Fees.
Balance payment is due 60days prior to arrival. 50% is based on Rent, Taxes & Fees and 100% of Security Deposit.
For bookings arriving within 60days, fully payment is due upon booking.
Bookings is not confirmed until Signed Contract and Payment is accepted in writing. Once a booking is accepted, you will receive an email stating your reservation is confirmed.
