Pacific View is a gated villa offering a generous 4000+ square feet of living space. Proceed through the main entry and immediately the serenity of this lavish estate will take your breath away as mesmerizing ocean views are seen in each appointed room. The cunning layout offers a generous and open living area with plush seating for all types of occasions. The well appointed and accessible kitchen offers all the needs to create your vision of an island cuisine.
This private Maui Villa consists of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The south wing is the unmistakable master suite and en suite bath. The primary guest will enjoy the lush King size bed, considerable room and compelling features. The en suite bath offers a Jacuzzi tub, indoor and outdoor shower, dual vanity and separate water closet. The spacious master closet has a built in vanity desk and mirror. The remaining suites/bedrooms are situated in the north wing.. Here you will find each uniquely designed to accommodate all types of groups. The second suite offers a king size bed and en suite bath. The third suite consists of a queen size bed and en suite shower. The fourth bedroom consists of 2 sets of bunk beds (top:twin bottom:double).

For all reservations, monies are non-refundable within 120 days of check-in.
Please e-mail [email protected] 120 or more days from check-in and we will be happy to process your cancellation and refund less a 10% cancellation fee.
Please be further advised that the Property Manager is not responsible for construction or neighbor noise, as these are risks that are inherent when renting a vacation rental. We are unable to control these factors, and this agreement shall remain in full force and effect regardless of these issues. There shall be no cancellation for construction noise or for neighbor issues of any kind.

COVID CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the unlikely event that Maui mandates any revised terms prior to your arrival ie: shutdown or quarantine required for all travelers, you are eligible for a one-time cancelation, or a 100% credit towards a future stay, providing new travel dates are within one year of your contracted dates within this Rental Agreement.
If the Customer complains about the condition of the rental, the amount of Security Deposit being withheld, and or the service they received from the Property Manager and or Property Manager’s employees or contractors, the Property Manager and Customer will do their best to work to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
Acceptance of any change to a booking after a confirmation has been issued is subject to approval and acceptance by the Property Manager of the rental.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. 50% is based on Rent, Taxes & Fees.
Balance payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. 50% is based on Rent, Taxes & Fees and 100% of Security Deposit.
For bookings arriving within 60 days, full payment is due upon booking.
Bookings are not confirmed until the Signed Contract and Payment are accepted in writing. Once a booking is accepted, you will receive an email stating your reservation is confirmed.
