This magnificent villa is tastefully decorated with all the comforts you could possibly want. Designed to accommodate up to 16 guests with 8 bedrooms, each well-appointed with luxurious linens and en-suite bathrooms, offering only the best for discerning travelers.
Upon entering the estate you'll be welcomed by a lovely Asian-style courtyard that's abundant with endemic foliage, and a koi pond tastefully accented with a colorful assortment of blossoming water lilies.
Located in a hotel-zoned area you're just a leisurely stroll away for a cocktail or sumptuous dining, with more restaurants and cafes a few minutes by car. You're also a short ten-minute drive to Lahaina, which a National Historic Landmark with buildings dating back to 1834. For those who'd rather prepare their meals in-house or hire a local chef to work their magic, there's a large outdoor grill with ample prep space and dining tables, all conveniently located beside the kitchen. For larger groups, there's also a spacious dining table indoors with plenty of room for your friends or family to gather and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

The pricing outlined on this listing reflects a discount due to any inconvenience customers may experience during their stay. For the avoidance of doubt, Customers will not be entitled to cancel their booking agreement or receive any full or partial refunds for any inconvenience caused by nearby construction once a reservation is made.

NO-CANCELLATION AND NO-REFUND POLICY
Any Customer who refuses to use services contracted for forfeits any and all collected money, except the Customer’s security deposit and cleaning fee (if applicable). The security deposit and pre-paid cleaning fee (if applicable) are included in the balance payment; therefore, the initial deposit will be forfeited if you refuse to fulfill your scheduled stay after confirmation of booking.
Collected money is non-refundable. Under no circumstances shall Customer be able to determine if a rental unit is unfit for habitation. If you as Customer forfeit your right to services contracted for, and property Manager is able to re-book the property at the same rate, you will be issued a pro-rata refund for those dates re-booked.
Please be further advised that Property Manager is not responsible for construction or neighbor noise, as these are risks that are inherent when renting a vacation rental. We are unable to control these factors, and this agreement shall remain in full force and effect regardless of these issues. There shall be no cancellation for construction noise or for neighbor issues of any kind. To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, we recommend that customers purchase travel insurance to assure refund of deposits paid. https://www.csatravelprotection.com/
Any changes made after booking shall be wholly at Property Manager’s discretion.
If Customer complains about the condition of the rental, the amount of Security Deposit being withheld and or service they received from the Property Manager and or Property Manager’s employees or contractors, the Property Manager and Customer will work to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
Acceptance of any change to a booking after a confirmation has been issued is subject to approval and acceptance by the Property Manager of the rental.
CURRENT COVID-19 POLICIES FOR HAWAI'I:
Travelers entering the State from the U.S. and its Territories who have been fully vaccinated in the United States (including its Territories) may bypass quarantine without a pre-travel test. The vaccination record document must be uploaded to 'Safe Travels' and printed out prior to departure and the traveler must have a hard copy in hand when arriving in Hawaii. The State of Hawai‘i will also accept vaccine records that are digitally validated by Digital Health Pass Partners (AZOVA, CLEAR and CommonPass). Travelers who use one of the States partners to link their digitally validated vaccine records with Safe Travels may enjoy expedited processing at the airport (no secondary visual inspection of paper vaccine records.) *PLEASE NOTE: IT IS THE TRAVELERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK FOR ANY CHANGES THAT MAY OCCUR IN HAWAI'I DURING THESE UNCERTAIN TIMES. For International travelers arriving in the State of Hawai‘i from Japan, Canada, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines and Tahiti, only tests from Trusted Testing Partners will be accepted for purposes of bypassing the State’s 10-day traveler quarantine including any tests verified through the State’s Digital Health Pass Partners – AZOVA, CLEAR, and CommonPass. Travelers originating from any other international destination and coming directly to Hawai‘i do not have the ability to test for purposes of bypassing the State’s 10-day traveler quarantine.
For ALL 'unvaccinated' travelers wishing to use the pre-travel test to bypass quarantine must have a negative result with a test taken from a 'Trusted Testing and Travel Partner' no more than 72 hours BEFORE beginning the final leg of their trip. The negative test result must be uploaded into 'Safe Travels' or printed out prior to departure and a hard copy in hand when arriving in Hawai‘i. Anyone without a negative test result or U.S. vaccination PRIOR to departure must quarantine for 10 days upon the arrival.

In the unlikely event that Maui mandates any revised terms prior to your arrival ie: shutdown or quarantine required for all travelers, you are eligible for a one-time cancelation, or a 100% credit towards a future stay, minus a 10% processing fee, providing new travel dates are within one year of your contracted dates within this Rental Agreement.

Amazing I feel is an accurate word for the experience this home provided for our traveling group. We were able to enjoy a full week and this gorgeous and super clean vacation home and nothing disappointed us. The beach access is amazing, the fully stocked kitchen was easy to navigate, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked amazingly.
Wonderful indoor/outdoor living and a great pool for all of your guests. I would recommend this home to anyone!
Jodi and her staff at this property took care of my wife and I, along with our entire wedding party, during the week of our wedding in Maui. The home is immaculate, gorgeous in every sense of the word. Everything from the zen garden, koi pond, artwork, the bedroom suites, the master bedroom suite, indoor lounges, outdoor lounges, the multiple pools, everything was perfectly designed and taken care of. There may never be a more beautiful property my wife and I have the privilege of staying at again. Thank you again, so much, Jodi and Eric.
The home is more like a Museum. Comfortably furnished, you are not afraid to use the furniture. Impeccably Decorated, beautiful art throughout, very clean and functional. There were 18 of us, including kids, and there was plenty of room, sitting and table space. More than enough eating utensils! High quality kitchen gear also, kitchen was a pleasure. You will not want to leave this property. Daily Cleaning staff, polite, efficient, non-obtrusive, you never knew they were there! Quiet, isolated, with outstanding views, pictures do not do it justice. This home does not look lived in at all! It looks like a brand new show home. The pride of the owners and staff show everywhere, this home does not look this good by accident.
The Kaanapali Beachfront Estate was the best accommodation I ever stayed in. Jodie was exceptional and provided us with everything we needed. She made us feel very welcome and gave us suggestions on what to do in Maui from a local's perspective. The villa itself was very clean and well decorated when we arrived, and the architecture and interior design reached above my expectations. The villa is spacious and accurately represents the images online. The view of the beach is spectacular and I was able to witness a beautiful sunset every night. I was very impressed with the amenities that came with the villa as it had everything you can possibly need, such as indoor and outdoor speakers and iHome for all the rooms. The pool was clean and the hot tub was great for nighttime when it became cooler. The house is perfectly located with a supermarket 5 minutes away, and a running trail and beach right in front of your doorstep. Although the beach attracts many visitors, the house remains quiet and peaceful. The shed also provides snorkeling gear, lifejackets, floaties, etc. which was very useful. I enjoyed my stay here very much and will definitely come back again! I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!
The Kaanapali Beachfront Estate is beyond compare from the breathtaking ocean to the spectacular architecture both inside the home and on the grounds. This home is very, very comfortable with every amenity imaginable! We have stayed at the Kaanapali Beachfront Estate several times and hope to make it an annual tradition. The House Manager is wonderful, as are the housekeepers. They all took great care of us! We look forward to our return and to seeing Jodie soon!
